Design Services Include*:

• Construction documentation for (1) kitchen and (2) bathrooms.

• Materials applied to (1) bathroom.

• Two (2) revisions.

*all packages are customized to the clients needs and price will be adjusted accordingly. Cody Design Studio may decline, or charge additionally for work that Cody Design Studio reasonably deems to be beyond this scope.

Fee:

For the design drawing service package previously described, Cody Design Studio shall receive a flat fee of $394. Services performed beyond 2 drawing revisions will be charged at a fee of $75 per hour. $394 shall be paid at commencement of services.

Due:

Drawings will be delivered electronically by end of day, April 20th.

MaryBeth will provide:

• Detailed measurements and specs for all space.

Subcontractors:

Cody Design Studio is not responsible for the methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation or safety precautions in connection with the project; for the acts of contractor, subcontractors, suppliers or any other person working on the project, or for any failure of them to meet the schedule of completion dates. Measurements to be confirmed by contractor or subcontractors.

Cancellation:

This agreement can be terminated in the event that either party fail to uphold the terms. A phone call or in person meeting and a written notice are required to explain the reasoning. Cody Design Studio will be compensated for all design services performed prior to notice of such termination at the hourly rate of $75 per hour.
